There are a limited number of parts that we are able to send out to customers. The best way to know what parts are available for each model is to contact our Tech Support team directly by calling 817.381.4551 or submitting a ticket.
If you have a defective product and we are not able to send out the part(s) or do not have them on-hand, you will need to send the light back to us under warranty by filling out and submitting a Warranty Return Authorization form.
