No. Packaging is not provided for returns. You will be provided with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to send the unit in.

NOTE: We do not issue refunds for return shipping costs. We may provide a FedEx shipping label at our discretion. When your unit is replaced, we will handle shipping on the way back to you.
