To receive an RA number for warranty service, you will need to do the following:
- Fill out the online document labeled Return Authorization.
- Once the request has been received and approved, within 1-2 business days, you will receive a reply email containing a Return Authorization number and detailed instructions on how to send the product back to us.
Typically, shipping a return back to Inforce is covered by the customer, with return shipping covered by us.
